1. Who we are
De-Leet Code (www.deleetcode.com) is operated by TECH TECH GO PTY LTD (ACN 703 490 582, ABN 29 703 490 582) ("Tech Tech Go", "we"), 102 Myall St, Merrylands NSW 2160, Australia. Contact: admin@deleetcode.com.
2. It's satire
De-Leet Code is a satirical toy about technical interviews. It is not affiliated with LeetCode or any company named on the site. Sample stories are illustrative. Smash counts, city figures and receipts are for fun and are not credentials or certifications of any kind.
3. What you post
War stories are built from fixed options, so nobody can post free text. Handles are self-reported and shown as UNVERIFIED. Do not use a handle that impersonates someone, is abusive, or contains personal information. We may remove any story or handle at our discretion.
4. Gold Beacons
A Gold Beacon is a one-time US$5.00 purchase that turns a city node, and optionally one of your stories, gold on the globe. It is cosmetic only and gives no other rights. It stays gold for as long as the site operates, unless the payment is refunded or disputed, or we remove it under section 3 (in which case we refund it). Payments are processed by Airwallex on its own hosted checkout page; we never see your card details.
5. No-LeetCode Pledge (employers)
A company can list itself on the No-LeetCode Pledge wall for US$299.00 per 12 months. To list, someone who works there confirms an emailed link sent to an address at the company's domain, and agrees that the company's interviews don't use LeetCode-style algorithm puzzles (timed puzzle rounds, online coding assessments of that kind, or whiteboard trivia) and instead use the methods it selects.
The pledge is self-attested. We verify control of the email domain only; we don't audit interviews, and a listing is not a certification, endorsement or guarantee by us. The company is responsible for its pledge being true.
Candidates can report a listing. When several reports arrive, we pause the listing and contact the company. If we conclude the pledge isn't being kept, we may remove the listing without a refund. Each payment covers 12 months from the later of the payment date or the end of the current period; there is no automatic renewal. The company can withdraw its listing at any time from its private manage link; withdrawing doesn't refund the remaining period except as set out in the refund policy.
The badge may be shown on the company's own careers pages and job posts while the listing is active. It may not be altered, or shown after the listing ends.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attack, overload, scrape at scale, or try to get around the site's limits or human checks. Don't test stolen cards or make payments you aren't authorised to make. Don't take the pledge for a company you don't work for, or report a listing you have no first-hand reason to report.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of New South Wales.
