Refund Policy

Gold Beacons

If you change your mind, email admin@deleetcode.com within 14 days of purchase with the city and the date of payment, and we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Airwallex and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

When a payment is refunded, or disputed with your bank, the Gold Beacon is removed automatically. If a dispute is resolved in our favour, it's restored.

If gold didn't appear within an hour of paying, email us before disputing the charge; that's almost always quicker.

No-LeetCode Pledge (employers)

Email admin@deleetcode.com within 14 days of paying for a full refund, as long as the listing hasn't been removed for breaking the pledge. Refunding or disputing the payment removes that payment's 12 months from the listing automatically. After 14 days, payments aren't refundable, but you can withdraw the listing at any time.

Merchandise

Merchandise isn't on sale yet. Its refund terms will be published here before it is.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for a major failure.
